Returns & Exchanges
We do accept return/exchange for sale items, however they are not eligible for even-exchange. The amount paid for the item at the given sale price will be the amount issued via store credit. The credits will be available for all the items available in the store.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number within 7 days from the arrival date to start the return process. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 7 days from the arrival time.
- You can return all products within 7 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery. The original bag and tag should be intact and not be damaged.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange the return or issue the store credit after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
The original shipping fee and insurance (if any) are non-refundable.
We process our orders within 12 hours after you place an order. It cannot typically make changes after an order has been processed/shipped.
Note that there is a $15.00 cancellation fee (for each product in the package). We do not offer refunds after shipment. Please see above policy on returns.
We are unable to cancel or make address changes to orders that have already been processed/shipped.
